All along the Norwegian roads you can find art installations like this one, in Nordland. Some are so-so, others are pretty cool; this one let me play with it and make some interesting images.
Halsa, Norway, September 2022.
On a mostly clear morning, some low clouds stubbornly hung around the mountains that form this fjord near Halsa, in Norway. I went for a long exposure to blur the higher, uglier clouds, and give this image a sense of calm. I took a lot of them, as the clouds kept playing with the peak. But my favorite was the very first shot, this one.

It was a very rainy morning, I wasn't expecting the sunrise to happen. But to my surprise, the clouds broke and let the sun shine through. I quickly grabbed my drone to capture this lake I had seen earlier. There was no way I could make a good image there from my position, but the flying camera did it.
