#25 - Ruins of Lake Michigan

The pandemic has prevented me from going on big trips, so I've been focusing on more local landscapes that I'd been ignoring. The Great Lakes is one of those places I had paid very little attention. What a mistake.

I made this image during a camping trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes. It wasn't supposed to be a photography trip, but when I ran into this scene I knew I had to make an image. I used the limited gear I had the best I could, and I think it worked pretty well.
