Mountain peak, Halsa

On a mostly clear morning, some low clouds stubbornly hung around the mountains that form this fjord near Halsa, in Norway. I went for a long exposure to blur the higher, uglier clouds, and give this image a sense of calm. I took a lot of them, as the clouds kept playing with the peak. But my favorite was the very first shot, this one.

It was a very rainy morning, I wasn't expecting the sunrise to happen. But to my surprise, the clouds broke and let the sun shine through. I quickly grabbed my drone to capture this lake I had seen earlier. There was no way I could make a good image there from my position, but the flying camera did it.

My car has been my home for several weeks now. I sleep in the car, I eat in the car, I change my clothes in the car, I work in the car, I rest in the car, I cook in the car.
This is the easy and cheap "conversion" I did to my small SUV for a 3-month long road trip across Norway. Built and designed with photography in mind.
