Hello from San Francisco, where I was hoping to catch a moody, foggy day. Instead, I got a sunny, clear and very bright time at the Bay. Because not every day is foggy.

Photography within feet of your bed
I was wrong. Nature was the reason why I got started with photography, and for a long time, I'd only make images when I was out in beautiful landscapes. It took me a long time to realize that art could be done anywhere, including your bedroom, wherever that might be. These are some of the images I've made over the years within just a few feet from the spot where I spent the night.

Replacing a missing tripod foot with a cork
I recently lost another of my tripod feet. Instead of replacing with an original, expensive one, I decided to make a foot using a cork from a bottle of wine.
I had already done this with another of the legs, and it works really good! Haven't lost it in several weeks of intense use, and if I ever do, it will very easy and cheap to replace again.

Galicia, May 2022.
I guess, technically speaking, the Cantabrian Sea is part of the Atlantic Ocean. But still, it is here, in the northwesternmost point of Spain where the two would meet.
